They are working hard to fix my old S20 Ultra

Have been coming here for at least 3 years, usually great.$150 to replace iPhone X screen but they do not replace the required OLED screen instead using LCD. The resolution/color is VERY different and thickness of screen is noticeable. The strength is also affected, I dropped my phone no higher than a foot and the entire screen has black blocked from a crack. Unfortunately can not come here anymore as they will not stock OLED screens.Anyone with a model higher than X should not waste the money on the repair.

Quick and friendly, replacing my screen was much cheaper than a new phone

Waited over 20 minutes for some one to help, sign said back in 15 didnt give a time. Dont have a store if it is not manned.

I took my iPad in to get the cracked screen fixed. I wasn't sure of the code as I have 2 iPads so gave them the 2 possibilities. Went to pick iPad up today to be told that the iPad became disabled in a way they had never seen before, so they took it on themselves to do a factory reset and completely wipe everything on my iPad including baby photos. The girl couldn't understand why I was angry that they didn't actually ring me and talk to me before they decided to erase my whole iPad. Disgusting service

This review is of my most recent experience. I have had multiple phone displays and glass screens replaced in the past and spent over $400 with this business. I've been mostly happy with the results. 5 days ago I got a display and screen replaced. Today I noticed a crack had appeared at the side of the screen. I had not dropped the phone or accidentally handled it in any way that could have caused this. When I brought this to the store's attention, unfortunately for them, and myself, they chose not to honour the warranty on their work or parts. It's unfortunate for me because I still have a cracked screen. It's unfortunate for them because I will not use their service again. By choosing not to replace the screen (which would have a minimal wholesale cost to them) they have also chosen to lose all future business from me. Businesses get to make their own decisions. So do customers - or in my case, an ex-customer.
