Cell phone store

Brought a DJI AIR 2s from here online, all I can say is buyer beware. This product when I received, was still linked to previous owner. This means it's a brick, you can't fly it, nothing. Contacted Dji they said previous owner could report it stolen if he so desired, and again it would stay a brick, a bookend. Ask the store to ring previous owner to deactivate his account, they said don't have details or wouldn't ring him. It took 10 days to get here, they want me to send back,they said they would send label, didn't happen, ask for a refund, won't unless it's back in their shop, won't do it when I send it with tracking, even the fact, it's still previous customer drone, I have to wait another 10 days, I was ripped off, this should of been checked at time cash converters took procession of it, contacted Cash converters HO in Perth got yelled at by customer service. Won't refund till in their hands. They advertised it as as fly more package, it came also without battery hub. This sale was doomed from the start. Have got PayPal involved now. Lesson to be learned is people pay that extra bit of money to get new,it's not worth the heartache, you think your doing the right thing, pay alot of money, then find out, it's rubbish. The saying buyer beware applies here. If cash converters wanted to help out here and make me happy, after me sending item with tracking was done, a refund should of been done, after all who wants a brick. Think twice when you buy online , from cash converters, you don't want to go thru this.

Did phone screen replacement, excellent and quick work. Highly recommend nd best customer experience

After dropping my iPhone XS at work and breaking my screen, I urgently needed a replacement screen, called in to the Fixpress store at 4pm hoping I could have my phone repaired the same day. Spoke to the friendly store assistant who told me it would be ready within 25 minutes. Very friendly, fast service!

Excellent service. The staff was friendly and patiently answered our questions. We handed in our Macbook Air on Saturday and it was ready for pick up on Monday afternoon. Highly recommend!

Great experience all the way from the good guidance and advice during the sale process all the way to assisting me with a warranty claim with an unfortunately malfunctioning device. I brought my chinese phone to these guys with a simple cracked screen. They had my phone for 5 months and never called me to update me on its progress. Whenever I called to ask, they said all the screens they had ordered were faulty" (because they were ordering the wrong screens). After being spun around for 5 months

My macbook pro laptop stopped charging on Friday and I took it in at 4.30 that afternoon. The employee was super helpful and explained the process of what would happen re assessment for damage/warranty/consumer law etc. By Monday afternoon I had a text message to say say it was ready to collect! Very impressed with how efficient this repair process was. Would trust with my devices again - works perfectly now. Great service !Just remember to back up everything possibility to lose files etc. I didnt think about it before taking it in. :)
