Bought my phone case here in tekfix last june 18 and they were the ones who installed it. We haven’t noticed that there was a scratch at the lower back of the phone case until june 20. I don’t have the time to come back due to work issues but I came back last june 21 and 22 to have it fixed or if possible to be replaced.I bought my phone on the same day i bought my phone case and other accessories here in tekfix. When I have it checked, the “manager” told me they couldn’t replace it because it was a just scratch and it has been with me for days. I explained to HIM that I was not the one who caused the scratch because my phone was never dropped or something at all and that I couldn’t come back right away because of my work. I trusted the staff of tekfix to give me a quality phonecase with no scratches and all. Even the camera protector has a gap. I even showed him all the original receipts and the case of the phone case. He insisted that it is my fault because it has been with me for days and they could replace it if I checked it the moment it was placed on or before we left the store. I was so disappointed with his customer service and he was the worst.

Bought a phone cover for my new Samsung S22 ultra but disappointed with the product performance and owner's customer service. The audio quality from receiver's end was terrible with the new cover installed in my phone. Literally nobody was able to hear/understand anything. Went to the shop after a week because didn't have time to go during weekdays and discussed about the problem. The owner clearly refused to replace or exchange for the problematic product even though I had the original receipt. Was not happy at all.

I visited a repair shop to fix my iPhone 12 Pro Max, which was stuck in a constant loop. The technician told me the problem was due to water damage from a broken back glass. They said they could fix both the loop issue and the back glass for $300, with a one-year warranty. I trusted them and handed over my phone, paying the full fee without negotiation. Afterward, I also paid an additional $100 for lamination. However, when I received my phone, the loop issue remained unresolved, and the back glass was the same color as before.I took the phone back to the shop, and they kept it for a two month and a half, giving me different excuses. Throughout this time, I remained respectful and did not show any frustration. Finally, I asked for a refund so I could get the phone fixed elsewhere. They claimed they would fix it within a week, but when the technician called me to pick up my phone from the shop, they made up a story that the back glass was already damaged, and they would not provide a warranty. The technician was very rude and disrespectful on the phone.I am sure they broke the back glass while attempting to fix it, as it was in perfect condition before the repair. They also damaged the back camera, which had been working fine despite the loop issue. When I asked for a refund again so I could take the phone to another repair shop, they refused and used rude language. Moreover, they informed me that they would not provide a warranty or return my money. When I went to pick up the phone, a aged lady made racist comments and behaved aggressively during our verbal confrontation. In the end, my phone still has the constant loop issue, the back glass was changed to a different color, and the camera no longer works.

Bought a case for my phone. Used for a day and found it doesn't work properly when I closed my phone flip. I went to the store to return it but they refused to refund although they admit it does shown some gap when testing it due to return policy. I was never told of the return policy, policy not written on the receipt and no policy was written in their website. The store is no good and will not recommend any of my friends or family.

EDIT - since the owner replied with such hostility, the phone was first repaired on 15 February 2022. There is no point in returning the phone to you, you do not use genuine working parts. Do yourself a favour and stay awayTook my iPhone 11 for a screen replacement (with non genuine screen) Next day the screen would flicker. 1 week later I took it for another replacement no worries. Got told it was then replaced with a genuine screen .. once the phone was handed to me it was clearly another aftermarket screen as Apple’s non genuine screen warning was at the top of the phone. Couldn’t be bothered arguing as the phone was finally working. Now 2 months later the phone is not useable, it does not detect any touch at all. I’ve had to replace it with a genuine screen. Total waste of time and money. Fair warning if you’re considering this business

Worst customer service the manager was very disrespectful, his tone of voice body language was aggressive. Highly do not recommend the store to anyone !! was a very unpleasant experience if you have experienced similar situation, please leave reviews, so others are aware we deserve to be treated better.
